Tracking Information

  • Tracking will be provided when available

Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss and title transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping provider

Delays

Incorrect Address

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details

  • Customer must provide complete address not just Zip/Postal code

  • We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases

Damaged Shipments

  • Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video evidence is required for review
