At ServersDrives, we specialize in new and refurbished server components. Due to the sensitive and technical nature of these products, our return policy is strictly enforced.

30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and labels

  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Refurbished Products
Refurbished items are fully tested and functional. Cosmetic imperfections may exist and do not qualify as defects.

  • Returns must be approved before being sent

  • Return instructions and address will be provided upon approval

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • We do not provide return shipping labels

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, installed, or altered

  • Serial numbers or labels are removed or tampered with

  • Damage is caused by improper installation or handling

  • The issue is due to compatibility (buyer responsibility)

  • The return request is made after 30 days

  • Items are marked as final sale or clearance

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
You must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photo or video evidence.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
